ARES®/RACES 2 Meter Net Changed Back to Monday With A New Time!
Effective Monday, September 15, 2008, the ARES®/RACES 2 Meter Net changed back to Monday night, same frequency, but at 8:00 PM local time.
This change was made to allow our members to participate in HF nets, such as the Washington State Emergency Net.
Cowlitz County ARES®/RACES members who would like to gain experience as Net Control Operator can contact Judi, KD7GZR, via our "Contact Us" page. The net is conducted Monday evenings at 2000L on the LCARA 2 meter repeater, W7DG. The frequency is 147.26, + offset, 114.8 PL tone.
